This is a soft-launch version of our terms. We’ll refine this before full public launch.
What CareSlot is
CareSlot helps families discover home care providers and submit care requests. Providers may respond to requests and contact families to confirm details.
Service agreement (important)
Any care services are provided by the agency/provider directly. Your care plan, schedule, fees, and the service agreement are agreed between you and the provider.
CareSlot is a matching and coordination platform. We do not deliver care services ourselves.
No emergency use
CareSlot is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 (or 111 for urgent medical advice in the UK).
Privacy and data
We use your information to process your request, share it with relevant providers, and provide updates. For more, see our Privacy Policy.
Soft launch notes
During soft launch, CareSlot may coordinate changes and messages between families and providers. Some features may be limited or handled manually.
